Job Description

Licensed therapist delivering virtual care for children, teens, and young adults through Emora Health’s clinician-centered telehealth platform. Conducting intakes, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy for low-acuity mental health conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults ages 4–30
  • Conduct clinical intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning through a unified digital dashboard
  • Manage a caseload fitting the clinician’s lifestyle, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week
  • Focus on low-acuity cases involving ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders
  • Optionally transition existing private clients to the Emora Health platform
  • Provide virtual therapy using digital tools and AI-assisted documentation

Requirements:

  • Must hold an active, independent clinical license in North Carolina: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist
  • 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics
  • Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth
  • Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software
  • Minimum caseload commitment of 5 hours per week
  • Associates practicing under supervision should apply via the dedicated Intern Application
  • Spanish fluency is a significant plus
  • Malpractice insurance may be obtained with Emora Health’s assistance
