Job Description
As a GE Healthcare Multi-Vendor Ultrasound Field Engineer, you'll meet daily service repair needs. You'll develop customer relationships and ensure satisfaction across North of England and Wales.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs of the customer’s equipment
- Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customer representatives
- Perform total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and service repair
- Daily interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Identify Sales opportunities and communicate to account team
- Assist in the growth and direction of business in the geographic area
Requirements:
- Qualified to National Diploma or B-Tech Degree level or equivalent
- Technical analytical skills
- Solid Field Services experience in OEM trained Ultrasound systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of a specific modality or multi-modalities
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimum direction.
- High work standards and quality.
- Initiative and motivation.
- Plan and organize work effectively.
- Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer skills; deal tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influence rather than direct.
