Job Description
VIP Itinerary Designer collaborating with clients to create unforgettable, high-end vacations. Engaging in thorough research, planning, and booking of bespoke travel itineraries.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Research and recommend upscale destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
- Craft and present personalized, detailed luxury travel itineraries.
- Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
- Provide expert advice, insider tips, and destination insights to clients.
- Resolve client inquiries and address issues before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive promotions.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel planning, sales, or luxury customer service (preferred but not required).
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
- Passion for travel and deep knowledge of luxury destinations.
