Job Description
Call Center Operator providing customer service via voice for Carrefour Brasil. Focused on personalized resolutions and exceeding sales objectives in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based customer service in a humanized and empathetic manner, focusing on personalized solutions to meet customer needs;
- Offer our financial products and services dynamically with the goal of building customer loyalty and ensuring the best outcome for the client;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn performance-based rewards;
- Welcome customers, resolve questions, and handle requests with excellence, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Sales experience is a plus
- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday)
- Internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps and a wired Ethernet connection for desktop use.
