Job Description
VP, Tax-Exempt Managing Director role at Fidelity improving benefits programs for clients. Consulting for Higher Education, HealthCare and non-profits with a focus on client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and consulting to Higher Education, HealthCare and non-profit organizations
- Engage key decision makers and advisors/consultants frequently
- Monitor trends impacting client satisfaction
- Maintain proactive awareness of changes in the client's business
- Lead internal team in problem resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years overall work experience
- 5+ years of Participant or Client Service experience, preferably within the retirement industry
- Series 7 & 63 licenses
- Experience working directly with Tax-Exempt Plan Sponsors and Participants is helpful but not required
