Job Description
Email Marketing Specialist leading WhatsApp marketing initiatives for healthcare platform Docplanner. Driving strategic projects to enhance messaging capabilities and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization.
- Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
- Execute high-impact projects focused on email and WhatsApp initiatives, including global deliverability improvements, system integrations, and evaluation of new marketing technologies.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams, Marketing operations, Analytics, and others to ensure seamless WhatsApp campaign delivery and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on WhatsApp performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive program improvements and business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and HubSpot marketing automations (workflows) is highly advantageous.
- High level of proficiency in English.
- Experience with deliverability, compliance, and reputation management is a plus.
