Job Description

Workday Recruiting Consultant supporting the implementation and optimization of Workday's recruiting module. Collaborating with HR teams, enhancing workflows, and developing reporting for hiring efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation, ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruiting workflows, troubleshoot issues
  • Configure business processes and develop reports and dashboards that improve hiring efficiency and visibility
  • Support system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and best practice recommendations

Requirements:

  • Active Workday Recruiting Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Workday Recruiting configurations
  • At least 1 years of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Recruiting implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
  • Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
