Job Description

Account Manager managing customer relationships and adoption of McKesson’s oncology software. Supporting iKnowMed G2 EHR implementations, workflows, training, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the technology relationship with customers
  • Develop, grow, and maintain territory relationships
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure client requests are handled swiftly and successfully
  • Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned clients using iKnowMed G2 EHR, Lynx, CVP, Practice Insights, and Ontada Health
  • Participate in account implementation to facilitate transition from implementation to account management
  • Build and develop customer relationships with sales partners, network counterparts, and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain a territory business plan
  • Provide post-go-live support, training and retraining, workflow review and optimization, best practices, and program-related support
  • Support iKnowMed G2 go-lives
  • Resolve customer issues accurately and promptly while providing high customer satisfaction
  • Support and adhere to the McKesson Specialty Health Compliance Program, Code of Ethics, and Business Standards

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically 7+ years of relevant experience
  • BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic system implementation, installation, and troubleshooting
  • 4+ years specific systems experience within applications with iKnowMed
  • EHR application knowledge and working experience, preferably with iKnowMed G2
  • Knowledge and experience with healthcare operations, clinical, and/or financial systems
  • Familiarity with oncology practice day-to-day operations
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight and competing deadlines
  • Up to 25% travel required
