Job Description
Analista Contábil remoto na Solutions RH, empresa de soluções estratégicas em gestão de pessoas e negócios. Executando rotinas contábeis, apuração tributária e suporte direto a clientes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of clients’ accounting routines within defined deadlines.
- Work directly with assigned clients, understanding their actual needs rather than simply responding to individual requests.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of the client’s business, going beyond immediate responses to effectively provide the support the client needs.
- Handle Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment, where applicable.
- Maintain clear, proactive, and organized communication, both internally and with clients.
- Ensure the accurate and consistent completion of basic day-to-day tasks before moving on to more complex assignments.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.
- Experience working in an accounting firm environment.
- Active professional accounting registration (CRC).
- Experience with the Domínio system, particularly its Accounting modules (preferred).
- Experience with Real Profit taxation and Differentiated Tax Treatment (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business.
- Fast-paced working style, with a proactive approach and no tendency to settle into a comfort zone.
