Job Description

Onboarding Manager for KSM's accounting services responsible for client onboarding and process implementation. Ensuring compliance with standards and supporting various client applications throughout engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform client onboarding in compliance with OFAS standards.
  • Work with Director on engagement timelines and budget.
  • Implement new client processes and manage 3rd party application setups.
  • Ensure internal compliance of OFAS processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • 5-7 years accounting services experience, with 2-3 years of managing staff.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Bill.com, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must have attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
