Job Description
Staffing Coordinator at Abound Health managing onboarding processes for new hires in the clinical department. Supporting integration of team members serving the developmentally disabled community.
Responsibilities:
- Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards.
- Process and review background checks for compliance.
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget.
- Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency.
- Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems.
- Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiar with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws.
- Passion for service and alignment with Abound Health's mission and core values.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
