Job Description
Onboarding Specialist managing customer relationships and supporting onboarding processes for environmental solutions. Collaborating with internal and external clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing four key mailboxes: Onboarding, Project Start, Purchase Orders and Invoice Issues.
- Collaborates with both internal and external customers throughout the entire onboarding process.
- Ensures smooth transitions between onboarding phases and provides ongoing support.
- Investigate billing discrepancies, process adjustments, and manage invoicing and collections.
- Communicate with Credit, Customer Service and Sales regarding new account builds.
- Customer Account maintenance: update Sales Tax Exemptions, profile fees, EIR/EEC Fees, customer service contacts, sales contacts, purchase order requirements.
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of data entry experience; including the ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute.
- Customer Service experience and billing experience required --additional perks would be D365, EQAI and Salesforce knowledge.
- High School Diploma - preferred.
