Job Description
Agent Deployment Architect responsible for deploying AI healthcare solutions. Collaborating with clients and teams to enhance healthcare delivery through effective technical implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, guiding end-to-end solution deployment and customization.
- Act as the bridge between our engineering team and client stakeholders to ensure smooth implementations.
- Rapidly prototype integrations, build internal tooling, and configure systems to meet client needs.
- Own the technical deployment lifecycle including onboarding, configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Partner cross-functionally with product and clinical teams to surface insights and inform the product roadmap.
- Must be willing to travel to customer sites as needed to ensure hands-on success and strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical roles involving customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Athena), CRMs, or population health platforms
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7v2, etc.)
- Experience working in complex technical environments within health systems, payors, or digital health
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical requirements across diverse stakeholders
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed.
