  • Build automations using the workflow builder, automation engine, and agentic tooling
  • Own automations in production by monitoring runs, catching failures, and diagnosing account-specific issues
  • Implement error handling, fallbacks, and checks for reliable workflows
  • Write specifications, skills, and templates to improve system performance
  • Identify recurring patterns across accounts and dimensions of variation for configurable workflows

  • Ability to read API documentation and understand integrations between systems
  • Ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations and communicate clear requests to engineers
  • Comfortable leading discovery calls with business owners and Senior Office Managers and presenting built solutions
  • High bar for quality, including attention to edge cases, error handling, fallbacks, and output validation
  • Trades or SMB industry experience, FSM platform familiarity (HouseCall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Jobber), and/or QuickBooks or small-business bookkeeping familiarity are bonuses
  • Willingness to work with United States work authorization requirements

Benefits:

  • Meaningful equity
