Job Description
QA Automation Engineer testing banking mobile applications across UI, backend, API, and integration layers. Building Java automation suites and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end mobile application testing across Android/iOS, covering UI, backend, API, and integration layers
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Java, Selenide, and TestNG
- Perform automated and manual API testing using REST-assured, Postman, or similar tools
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Perform exploratory testing
- Define and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Use cloud testing platforms such as LambdaTest, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs
- Manage defects using Jira
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other cross-functional teams to align testing scope, coverage, and quality standards
Requirements:
- Strong experience in software testing and QA methodologies
- Proficiency in Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenide and TestNG for test automation
- Experience with REST-assured, Postman, or similar API testing tools
- Knowledge of GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience with LambdaTest, BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
- Experience with Jira or similar bug/test management tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Very good English language skills
