Job Description
AI & Automation Manager supporting the Head of AI in implementing AI workflows. Collaborating with teams to build automation systems and drive the AI transformation at MAI Marketing Automation Intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and operation of production-ready AI workflows and agent systems
- Development and implementation of automation workflows with Make, n8n, and custom integrations via LLM APIs
- Identification and prioritization of processes suitable for automation
- Design, development, and optimization of AI agents for various domains
- Evaluation and prototyping with different LLM models and architectures
- Enabling the team through training, workshops, and hands-on sessions
Requirements:
- Experienced in working with LLM APIs and automation tools
- Strong Python skills as an integration and automation language
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier)
- Basic understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.)
- Able to analyze business processes and translate them into automation opportunities
- Excellent German skills at C2 level; good English skills are an advantage
