Job Description
AI Automation Specialist supporting INTERSPORT Digital in productivity gains through automation. Involves engineering, strategy, enablement, and governance in AI processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in automating processes to increase productivity
- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities
- Analyze, design, and implement AI-supported processes
- Utilize low-code platforms and integrate LLMs
- Design hands-on trainings and frameworks
- Establish internal AI community governance
- Ensure security and data protection guardrails
Requirements:
- Solid hands-on experience in designing and implementing automations
- Strong end-to-end process understanding
- Practical experience with low-code/no-code tools, APIs, system integrations, and LLM-based applications
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
- Experience in building internal enablement programs
- Excellent communication and enablement skills
- Basic understanding of AI governance and data protection
- German and English at minimum B2 level
