Job Description
Business Operations Intern supporting AI/ML consulting team with outreach, follow-ups, and client relationship management. Engaging in real AI consulting projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Run email outreach campaigns — sequences, follow-ups, and responses to prospects
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other channels (posts, newsletters, updates)
- Own all follow-ups — no lead goes cold, no client feels ignored
- Maintain client relationship touchpoints — check-ins, recaps, status updates
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever works) to speed up copy, research, and workflows
Requirements:
- You actually use AI in your daily work — real shortcuts that save you real time
- You have a basic understanding of AI agents — you don't need to build them, but you should know what they are and how they're being used
- You launch, see what's working, and adjust fast — you don't overthink before taking action
- Organized and proactive — you follow up without being told
- Clear communicator in English
- College student or recent grad — hunger and curiosity matter more than credentials or years of experience
