Job Description
AI Business Transformation Lead launching AI capabilities and redesigning work at BCD Travel, a global corporate travel services company. Driving adoption, change management and measurable productivity gains.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business functions
- Drive AI-driven innovation through a discover, design, develop and deploy model
- Lead and develop the embedded AI champion network across business units
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to scope and pilot AI-supported workflows
- Own change management across functions, including training colleagues, updating SOPs and tracking adoption
- Engage with ERP, HR, CRM and other SaaS vendors to deploy AI capabilities
- Monitor and report productivity and innovation impact to the AI Leadership Council and the CoE
- Represent business needs in the CoE roadmap
- Chair the cross-functional AI champion community of practice
- Launch AI opportunities and initiatives, increase adoption, deliver productivity gains and accelerate organizational innovation
Requirements:
- 3+ years driving AI-led transformation within a large-scale organization
- Founder or early-stage startup experience required
- Experience building a new capability from zero in ambiguous environments with limited resources
- Demonstrated success adopting new tools or technology and driving change management across teams
- Excellent fluency in AI/LLM concepts, including prompting, limitations and appropriate use
- Strong communication skills to translate between commercial or operational needs and technical capability
- Prior experience piloting or scaling new systems or process change across multiple functions is a strong plus
- Curious, entrepreneurial and energized by building something new
