Job Description

AI transformation specialist leading automation, Microsoft 365 adoption, and process improvement. Supporting an Australian automotive aftermarket company through roadmap, governance, training, and vendor management.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the internal owner of AI adoption across the business
  • Bridge executive leadership, operational teams, and external consultants to deliver measurable technology outcomes
  • Develop and maintain the organisation’s AI and automation roadmap
  • Identify and prioritise productivity, efficiency, and process-improvement opportunities
  • Liaise with external technology consultants and vendors
  • Review consultant recommendations for practical and commercial relevance
  • Drive project execution, accountability, and knowledge transfer
  • Translate technology capabilities into repeatable business processes
  • Redesign inefficient workflows with department leaders
  • Develop standards, governance, and adoption frameworks
  • Champion Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 capabilities
  • Support adoption across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
  • Establish Microsoft best-practice standards and usage guidelines
  • Lead internal training and capability development
  • Create departmental adoption plans and measure engagement, usage, and business outcomes
  • Develop responsible AI and automation policies and standards
  • Maintain security, compliance, and data-management practices
  • Work with IT and leadership teams on risk and governance requirements

Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, business systems, technology consulting, or enterprise software implementation
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Experience leading organisational change and technology adoption programmes
  • Ability to communicate with executives, consultants, and operational teams
  • Strong commercial and business process mindset
  • Proven project and stakeholder management capability
  • Experience delivering measurable business improvement through technology
