Job Description
English speakers recording natural conversations with AI bots for Arctic Engines, an enterprise AI training-data company. Completing auditions and remote speech sessions across varied topics.
Responsibilities:
- Submit a 2-minute voice recording audition in a quiet environment
- Complete 2 hours of conversational voice recording from home if selected
- Interact naturally with an AI bot across topics including Travel, Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, and Education
- Speak for approximately 70% of the conversation with detailed, spontaneous, and relevant responses
- Participate in multiple short recording sessions, typically around 10 minutes per topic
- Follow guidelines for natural speaking style, pronunciation, clarity, conversational flow, response length, and detail
- Re-record sections if required based on quality or technical checks
- Sign an NDA before the final recording session if selected
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; native or near-native proficiency preferred
- Strong ability to speak naturally, clearly, and confidently in English
- Comfortable engaging in conversations on varied everyday and professional topics
- Able to provide detailed responses without relying on a script
- Prior experience in voice recording, voice-over, speech data collection, or similar projects preferred but not mandatory
- Access to a quiet and controlled recording environment at home
- Stable and reliable internet connection
- Access to a good-quality microphone or earphones/headset with a microphone
- Ability to follow recording instructions and complete assigned sessions within the specified timeline
Benefits:
- One-time remote voice recording project
- Compensation of Rs. 500 per hour, up to Rs. 1000 for 2 hours of recording
