Job Description
AI Creative Developer creating generative-AI video, motion, and advertising assets for Eskimi’s global media technology company. Building creative automation workflows and lightweight production tools.
Responsibilities:
- Create AI-assisted video, motion, animation, and digital advertising assets
- Experiment with image-to-video, visual effects, product motion, and emerging AI technologies
- Build prototypes and creative proofs of concept
- Develop repeatable AI workflows using ComfyUI and other generative AI platforms
- Build lightweight tools and automations to improve creative production
- Automate asset generation, adaptation, resizing, localisation, and versioning
- Test new AI models and technologies and turn useful experiments into scalable workflows
- Collaborate with designers, developers, project managers, strategists, and other creative teams
- Identify opportunities to improve how the Studio creates and delivers work
- Provide portfolio examples describing problems, outputs, tools used, and lessons learned
Requirements:
- Practical coding experience, particularly JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Hands-on experience with generative AI for creative production
- Experience with AI image and/or video generation
- Understanding of AI workflows, automation, and connecting different tools or models
- Experience with ComfyUI or similar node-based systems is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Runway, Kling, Veo, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, or similar platforms
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot is a plus
- Strong visual judgement, problem-solving skills, and curiosity
- Ability to learn new tools independently and work comfortably with ambiguity
- Good communication skills and professional working English
- Portfolio evidence of creative thinking, technical ability, and experimentation
