Job Description
Founder's Associate working closely with founders at a mental health tech startup. Operating at the intersection of law, operations, and AI to support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- using the best AI tools available to work smarter, faster, and better across all of workloads
- researching regulations across jurisdictions, drafting T&Cs, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, and navigating psychologist licensing requirements country by country and more
- writing job posts, screening candidates, running first-round interviews, and helping build our hiring engine
- managing third-party emails, leading outreach & representing us professionally
- going deep on markets, competitors, regulations, and anything else the business needs to move forward
- contributing to social content, copy, and campaign ideas
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: (written + spoken professional level) non-negotiable.
- AI Power User: You are an expert in prompt engineering and the current AI ecosystem (LLMs, automated research agents, and workflow tools like Zapier/Make).
- Educational: You must have a degree in Law. You understand legal frameworks but believe traditional legal processes are ripe for disruption via AI.
- Operational Mindset: You enjoy "building the machine." You see a manual process and immediately think of how to automate it.
- Adaptability: You can switch from analyzing a legal clause to interviewing a marketing candidate without losing momentum.
- Owner Mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you find problems and solve them.
