Job Description
Founders Associate supporting the development of new business areas in a startup focused on sustainability. Assisting management with organizational tasks and project support across various initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the build-out and development of new business areas and independently work toward achieving set objectives
- You will assist executive management with all organizational and administrative tasks
- You will support the leadership team with all subsidiaries and new projects (IT company, carsharing, tiny houses, new spaces)
- You will prepare decision papers as well as presentations and graphics, including analyses
- You will act as a communication interface between executive management and external business partners as well as employees in German and English
- You will prepare and follow up on meetings and conference calls, including taking minutes
- You will handle scheduling and calendar management, with a focus on prioritizing the management team’s agenda
- You will organize domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports
Requirements:
- You are studying business/economics, law, engineering, or a related field
- You have very good German and solid English skills
- You are characterized by a reliable and, above all, independent working style
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment, are passionate about making things happen, and work in a structured and conscientious manner
- You are available for the internship 40 hours per week
- It is an advantage if you have already gained initial experience at startups, agencies, or consultancies
