Job Description
Chief of Staff driving growth initiatives for India at ElevenLabs, an AI voice and audio company. Partnering with the India GM on revenue operations, GTM strategy, and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the India GM, pressure-testing plans and supporting execution
- Scope and build the case for new growth bets across segments, channels, or motions
- Identify where India GTM is under-indexed and turn market and competitive signals into plans
- Own end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives through measurable outcomes
- Coordinate India-specific initiatives across Legal, Marketing, and Product
- Track India business KPIs and OKRs and surface issues proactively
- Identify and resolve operational problems before escalation
- Use AI tools to automate, streamline, and multiply impact
- Handle sensitive matters discreetly and act as a trusted partner across the organization
Requirements:
- Low ego, high ownership, and willingness to handle any task
- Smart, structured, and practical with genuine commercial instincts
- Track record of owning a growth initiative end-to-end and achieving a measurable result
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and turning vague growth theses into scoped plans with owners and timelines
- Passion for AI
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup GTM environment
