Job Description
Chief of Staff driving AI neobank expansion across products, markets and teams for Southeast Asia's leading insurance platform. Aligning leadership, operating cadence and cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities
- Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability
- Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations
- Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews
- Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers
- Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities
- Own special projects requiring senior judgement and cross-functional authority
Requirements:
- Strong operator with experience driving strategic execution across teams
- Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization and follow-through
- Ability to work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams and senior external stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with limited guidance
- Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution without losing quality
- Strong writing, business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage
- Strong English communication is required
