Job Description
AI Enablement Engineer building internal AI systems, agents, and integrations for Replicant's AI-powered customer-service platform. Enabling teams, managing AI foundations, and improving enterprise AI cost visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize AI solutions inside Replicant
- Build the company's AI enablement program and paved road for Claude Enterprise and Replicant's AI Operating System
- Establish guidance for where systems and workflows should live, who can access them, and what they cost
- Turn successful workflows into reusable skills, templates, and agent specifications
- Partner with the People team on AI literacy, run office hours, and develop functional AI champions
- Work with Sales, Delivery, Finance, People, and Engineering to build solutions and bridge technology gaps
- Own MCP integrations, shared agents, agent identity management, and connections to commercial tools
- Build continuous cost visibility for Finance, consolidate redundant tools, surface shadow AI, and reduce costs through prompt caching, model routing, and improved agent design
Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar at a SaaS or cloud-native company
- Experience deploying and optimizing AI tools at company scale
- Consultant-style ability to diagnose problems, scope and sequence work, and set expectations before coding
- Scripting and integration experience in Python, TypeScript, or shell
- SDLC fundamentals
- Knowledge of MCP and agent frameworks
- Secure authentication experience
- Retrieval experience
- API integration across enterprise SaaS
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Ability to translate workflow needs into working agents and explain solutions to stakeholders
- Ability to defend project sequencing to leadership
