Job Description

AI Marketing Manager responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered marketing initiatives for multiple brands. Develop insights-driven strategies to accelerate growth and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI‑enhanced marketing initiatives across performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, social media, and product marketing.
  • Use AI tools, predictive analytics, and automation to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue‑driven objectives.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality brand messaging across all channels, leveraging AI for content generation, testing, and personalisation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation through automated forecasting and performance modelling.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, values‑driven culture.
  • Implement a culture of experimentation using A/B testing, machine‑learning insights, and performance dashboards.
  • Support the development of AI‑powered go‑to‑market strategies that drive product adoption and business growth.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies that support overall business growth and product adoption.
  • Optimise existing channels (email, social, website, paid media) using automation, segmentation, and real‑time performance insights.
  • Stay current with emerging AI marketing technologies and recommend tools that improve efficiency and impact
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, ideally in SaaS or AI‑driven environments.
  • A degree or diploma that contributes to the organisation is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, AI‑powered tools, and modern marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI‑based marketing tools (e.g., predictive scoring, content generation, customer segmentation).
  • Strong audience and market research capabilities, with an understanding of segmentation and customer‑journey best practices.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality.
  • As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organised, administratively strong, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
