Job Description
Marketing Virtual Assistant supporting AI-driven personal brand and real estate deal flow system. Focused on execution and organization within a structured AI workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Support an AI-driven personal brand and real estate deal flow system
- Provide content execution and editing with structured formats
- Upload and schedule content across platforms
- Qualify leads before escalation to the client
- Build and maintain a network of real estate agents
- Assist in building and managing WhatsApp groups
- Work daily inside Claude (AI dashboard)
- Execute tasks based on AI-generated outputs
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in:
- Social media execution (not strategy)
- Lead management / community management
- Strong organizational and task execution skills
- Excellent written English for messaging and communication
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Must be comfortable working inside AI tools daily
- Claude experience is preferred but not required
- Must be a fast learner and open to using AI as a primary workflow tool.
