Job Description
AI Process Engineer improving Arcanys’ recruitment, finance, sales and administrative processes. Building AI automations, coaching staff and measuring operational impact.
Responsibilities:
- Work with internal departments, executive assistants and some clients
- Map current processes for recruitment, accounting, sales, administration and other teams
- Identify repetitive, manual or error-prone work
- Design, build and deploy AI automations and workflows using Claude Cowork, custom skills and integrations with existing systems
- Coach executive assistants one-to-one on using AI for inboxes, calendars, documents, research and follow-ups
- Measure automation impact, including hours saved, errors reduced and turnaround time
- Report results clearly
- Document workflows and train users to operate them independently
- Continuously improve automations as processes change
Requirements:
- 3+ years in process improvement, operations or business analysis in back-office functions such as HR, finance, sales operations or shared services
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows, with examples of automations actually delivered
- Strong process-mapping skills
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs and no-code tools
- Basic scripting skills in Python or similar are a plus
- Excellent communication skills and patience as a coach
- Ability to earn the trust of non-technical staff and encourage adoption of new ways of working
- Experience working with Claude Cowork is an advantage
