Job Description
AI Product Manager owning B2C subscription web products at Leadtech, which builds digital products used worldwide. Driving growth, experimentation, monetisation, and end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own the economic performance of the product, including revenue, CAC, LTV, and profitability
- Help define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with acquisition, retention, and monetisation goals
- Set OKRs and track meaningful KPIs
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and turn them into prioritised experiments
- Prototype and deploy landing pages, signup flows, and checkout changes independently
- Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion, and UX
- Use AI to accelerate discovery, synthesise signals, and form hypotheses
- Monitor market, competitor, SEO, and SEM trends and adapt the value proposition
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research
- Own and groom the JIRA backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities
- Run product ceremonies with engineering, including refinement, planning, and review
- Maintain product documentation in Confluence or Notion
- Improve processes from discovery intake through release and post-launch follow-up
- Coordinate with design, engineering, data, and marketing and keep stakeholders informed
- Build automated workflows that scale output without scaling headcount
Requirements:
- Experience managing B2C web products as a Product Manager
- Strong plus for experience with subscription-based monetisation models
- Understanding of digital marketing and growth dynamics
- Hands-on collaboration with paid acquisition, SEO, or CRO teams
- Hands-on experience running backlog, sprints, and documentation in JIRA or Azure DevOps and Confluence or Notion
- Strong analytical foundation and ability to pull and interpret own data
- Familiarity with Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, or Databricks
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation on high-traffic pages
- Comfortable with Design Thinking, Jobs-to-be-Done, and customer journey analysis
- Working knowledge of UX/UI standards and basic accessibility
- Clear, structured communication and stakeholder alignment on commercial impact
- Comfortable in small, dynamic teams where roles are fluid and speed matters more than structure
