Job Description

Analytical professional in commercial planning for Grupo Boticário's beauty segment. Focused on performance and profitability from e-commerce data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor BLZ sales channels and categories daily to identify opportunities and build performance diagnostics;
  • Lead short‑term performance and execution meetings in cross‑functional forums;
  • Direct day‑to‑day actions with a clear focus on performance and profitability;
  • Ensure strong visibility of priority SKUs to accelerate commercial performance and enable teams to act effectively;
  • Track strategic KPIs for short‑term initiatives, closing the management loop;
  • Prepare and present executive materials for senior leadership, translating complex results into clear insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in STEM or related fields;
  • Deep knowledge of core e‑commerce performance metrics (sessions, conversion, GMV, incentives, gross margin, and contribution margin);
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets, GCP (Google Cloud Platform, desirable), and Google Slides;
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, and/or SQL (strong advantage);
  • Experience in Retail Planning (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
