Job Description

Senior Regional Credit Analyst managing customer financial services and risk for an agricultural company. Conducting financial analysis and building relationships to support credit decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manages customer financial services, accounts receivable, and risk exposure within an assigned geographic area.
  • Administers the company’s credit policy by reviewing procedures and practices of marketing and sales personnel to ensure compliance.
  • Evaluates and approves credit lines for new and existing customers within established approval limits.
  • Provides recommendations for accounts exceeding approval authority.
  • Conducts thorough financial analysis of customer financial statements to assess creditworthiness and mitigate risk.
  • Delivers training and guidance on available financing programs.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with local lenders, suppliers, and agricultural community leaders.
  • Collaborates with the AFSM to identify and escalate delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or university
  • 5+ years related experience and/or training
  • Demonstrated experience of in-depth knowledge of excel required
  • Ability to assess problems and situations, exercise independent judgment, and reach logical and sound decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
