Job Description
Integration Analyst at TCP gathering requirements for data integrations and support on implementation projects. Collaborating with clients and contributing to product discussions based on market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients and partners to gather technical and business requirements
- Define functional and non-functional requirements for data integrations with 3rd party enterprise platforms
- Create detailed data mapping specifications and integration workflows for technical design documents
- Create customer-facing overviews, implementation guides, and best practice documentation
- Proactively identify potential integration challenges and define mitigation strategies
- Provide support to implementation team as needed for clarification, escalated triaging, and scoping enhancements
- Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of integration methodologies
- Participate in pre-sales activities to support technical evaluation and scoping
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements:
- 5 or more years experience implementing or supporting enterprise software systems such as ERP, HCM/HRIS, Payroll, or financial management platforms.
- Deep knowledge of at least one major enterprise software vendor or category of business systems
- Understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, file-based transfers, middleware platforms)
- Familiarity with data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP)
- Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Zapier)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Project management or business analysis certifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or four additional years' experience in lieu of degree
