Job Description

Data Analyst responsible for implementing data systems and analyzing e-commerce operations at WEBJUMP. Collaborating with global teams and ensuring data integrity while providing strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of the BRD (Business Requirements Document), translating complex business questions into analytical technical requirements.
  • Develop the Tagging Plan (Tag Book) for websites (GTM) and apps (Firebase), ensuring accurate event capture in multi-tenant architectures.
  • Encode Data Layer specifications in JSON/JavaScript, guiding development teams in implementing transactional journeys (Access > Checkout).
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards that monitor end-to-end sales funnels, enabling performance analysis by brand and region.
  • Validate data collection integrity through rigorous debugging, ensuring zero data loss and compliance with privacy regulations (LGPD).
  • Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, presenting funnel diagnostics, conversion bottlenecks, and revenue opportunities in Portuguese and English.

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for interacting with global teams and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in Tag Manager tools: Deep experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Adobe Launch.
  • Expertise in Mobile Analytics: Implementation and SDK instrumentation via Firebase for tagging transactional apps.
  • Analysis and Visualization: Advanced experience in Power BI (dataflows and executive dashboards) and experience with Tableau or Looker Studio.
  • Languages and Data: Solid knowledge of JavaScript (for Data Layer and tags), SQL (for BigQuery/Data Lakes), and basic Python.
  • Consultative profile: Ability for continuous learning in the generative AI and agentic AI ecosystem.
  • Adobe certifications or prior knowledge and experience with Adobe Analytics, RT-CDP, or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Analytical maturity: Experience with Attribution Modeling, churn prediction, or Lifetime Value (LTV) calculations.
  • E-commerce background: Experience in large-scale retail operations or consumer goods.
