Job Description
Analyst delivering the PIVOT software for healthcare analytics. Collaborating with teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring accurate installations and troubleshooting issues.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting data issues and discrepancies.
- Data gathering, testing, loading, mapping, and maintaining regular data feeds.
- Reviewing our website, excel based datasets, and SQL code and data tables to ensure accuracy of all metrics and mapping.
- Review data across all customers to ensure consistency and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Engagement Team to meet customers’ needs and resolve concerns.
- Support new installations of PIVOT by gathering, reviewing, loading, and mapping data.
- Troubleshoot issues and surface inconsistencies for correction.
- Learn the PIVOT software, database structure, and all metrics calculated from the data provided by or customers.
- Participate in PIVOT team meetings to ensure positive delivery of PIVOT to our customers.
- Complete all required training requirements on an annual basis
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of applicable experience
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Self-starter with ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Experience in healthcare, preferably in clinical practice or physician economics
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare performance improvement
- Demonstrated capability to lead and show value from their efforts
- Bachelor’s Degree
