Job Description

Analyst driving communications and project coordination for Product Engineering. Supporting team engagement and effective collaboration with technical leaders in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Help drive communications around our teams’ work and projects
  • Organize town halls to increase transparency
  • Assist with other project coordination tasks supporting Product Engineering leaders
  • Develop and manage communications that highlight Product Engineering teamwork, milestones, and key initiatives
  • Assist with creating and maintaining content for internal updates, presentations, and leadership-facing materials
  • Support the planning and organization of recurring town halls and leadership forums to increase transparency and employee engagement
  • Support cross-team collaboration by organizing meetings, documenting outcomes, and managing action items
  • Assist in planning team offsites, including agenda development, logistics coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Assist GIS engineering leaders with project coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort working closely with technical and engineering leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with colleagues across different time zones
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong experience in developing high-impact executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Confluence experience - nice to have.
