Job Description
Application Analyst - Intermediate responsible for IT application and integration in healthcare setting. Liaising with IT and operations to ensure system design aligns with processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations
- Manage stakeholder expectations by analyzing expectations and requirements
- Identify project issues and risks and resolve or escalate as appropriate
- Provide 24/7 support when scheduled
- Review and test changes, interfaces, data conversion, enhancements, and each new release as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with two years' experience
- Minimum four years direct experience in lieu of degree
