Job Description
Cloud Architect focusing on Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technology in Qatar. Leading design solutions, guiding projects, and ensuring customer success in deployments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer advocate, designing the right solutions and ensuring that they are implemented and supported in an innovative and reliable way
- Deliver successful discovery, analysis, and design workshops for small to medium teams of both technical and non-technical backgrounds that shape and inspire customer use cases and architecture design decisions
- Scope delivery projects and guide customers through successful pilot and production deployments
- Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the broader Red Hat organization to sell, service, and support our cloud and infrastructure solutions at scale
- Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat's services capabilities, promote repeated customer engagements, and lower delivery risks
- Contribute to, and lead the delivery of Red Hat solutions based on the Red Hat tools and technologies
Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a consulting role; ability to deliver in one-on-one assignments
- Good customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions
- Excellent knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies on a delivery level
- Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments
- Knowledge of one or more Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
- Understanding of the open source community
- Excellent problem-solving and planning skills
- Good written and verbal language skills in Arabic and English
- The following are considered a plus: Knowledge of AI technologies and Red Hat OpenShift AI
- Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management, and GitOps
- Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification
- Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification
