Job Description
Teleoperator for Entel handling outbound tele-sales, facilitating customer portability from other operators. Full-time remote role with training and fixed hours.
Responsibilities:
- CONTACTAR A LOS CLIENTES DE OTRO OPERADOR QUE ESTAN INTERESADOS Y BRINDARLE TODOS LOS BENEFICIOS DE ENTEL, CON EL OBJETIVO DE REALIZAR LA PORTABILIDAD.
- HORARIO DE TRABAJO (FULL TIME): Lunes a Sábado de 09:00 a.m. a 06:00 p.m. (Descansa Domingos)
Requirements:
- Secundaria completa
- Disponibilidad para laborar de manera 100% remota
- Contar con herramientas para gestión remota: Procesador Intel Core i3 en adelante (a partir de 6ta generación), Ryzen 3 en adelante o AMD8 en adelante, internet cableado 50 mbps, Memoria RAM 8 GB, disco solido (SSD). Headsets y cámara web.
- Con experiencia en ventas o atención al cliente en CALL CENTER
