Job Description
Asesor de portabilidad remoto contactando clientes postpago y promoviendo su cambio a Claro. Sin experiencia; turnos full time o semi full time, con comisiones y bono.
Responsibilities:
- Contactar a clientes que cuentan con un plan postpago de otro operador
- Brindar beneficios exclusivos y las mejores ofertas para lograr que realicen su portabilidad a Claro
- Participar en 6 días de teoría y 5 días de OJT (prácticas)
Requirements:
- Estudios: Junior High School
- Sin experiencia requerida
- Contar con herramientas de gestión
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado en turnos full time o semi full time
- Trabajo 100% remoto
- Contratación por Recibo por Honorarios (RxH)
Benefits:
- Comisiones ilimitadas
- Bono de permanencia: S/ 100 (S/ 50 el primer mes + S/ 50 el segundo mes)
- Capacitación pagada: S/ 120 (S/ 20 por día)
