Job Description
Order Processing Specialist supporting a structured-literacy solutions provider’s customers and internal systems. Recording purchase-order transactions, handling inquiries, and resolving issues across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Correspond with customers by telephone and email to provide information and solutions about products and services
- Enter data and maintain records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Accurately record PO-to-customer transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Perform various administrative duties involving IMSE’s internal system
- Discuss various aspects of IMSE with interested clients
- Support and exemplify IMSE’s mission and vision through innovation, customer-centered service, collaboration, and accountability
- Complete other tasks as deemed necessary by management
Requirements:
- Equivalent work experience (2 years)
- Professional and courteous telephone voice; ability to field client questions and assist clients over the phone
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent computer skills; familiarity with Google Drive is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment
- Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Professional work ethic
- Positive team player
- Ability to execute requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support ticketing systems is a plus
- Must currently reside in the Philippines and be legally authorized to work there
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work
