Job Description
Associate Customer Success Engineer enhancing customer experience and ROI with Cyera's platform. Leading onboarding, training, and support for customer success in data security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform
- Driving customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes
- Designing and delivering customized use cases
- Ensuring customers are realizing the full value of their investment
- Proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to customer success
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus
- Strong project management skills
- A self-starter with results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages
- Familiarity with APIs and web services
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
- Ability to work autonomously
