Job Description

Associate Customer Success Engineer enhancing customer experience and ROI with Cyera's platform. Leading onboarding, training, and support for customer success in data security solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary technical expert on the Cyera Platform
  • Driving customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes
  • Designing and delivering customized use cases
  • Ensuring customers are realizing the full value of their investment
  • Proactively identifying and resolving obstacles to customer success
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with customers

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar experience a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • A self-starter with results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with APIs and web services
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
