Job Description

Director, Deal Maker at Kyndryl leveraging Microsoft alliances to support complex managed services. Lead negotiations and create tailored proposals for multi-million deals to closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage command of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem to support and shape complex managed services engagements
  • Drive deals to closure and contribute to negotiations with top-level executives
  • Define winning propositions and support end-to-end response for complex deals
  • Create Kyndryl’s unique propositions tailored to meet market demands and customer requirements
  • Engage in demand generation activities to close pipeline gaps

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, and leading the Alliance component of complex, multi-tower customer negotiations
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft alliance, including hands-on experience working for Microsoft or previously selling Microsoft-based solutions (Azure, M365, Dynamics) in the market
  • Experience selling in a matrix environment and proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders (Kyndryl, Alliance, and Customer)
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills
