Job Description
Director leading end-to-end commercialization readiness and launch execution in Robotics & Digital Solutions. Overseeing global strategies for new MedTech product launches and market adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously evolve the global commercialization readiness framework.
- Define launch criteria, risk identification standards, and execution governance models.
- Lead pre-launch workshops focused on positioning, workflow integration, and technical differentiation.
- Translate product roadmap features into field-relevant technical-commercial execution models.
- Align deployment strategies with regional commercial leadership.
- Lead coordinated early-launch commercial readiness and execution in partnership with regional and global core teams (i.e. Education and Service).
- Provide in-field presence during priority launch waves to ensure execution consistency across countries / regions.
- Identify execution risks and drive corrective actions during early commercialization phases.
- Define early adoption performance indicators aligned to utilization trajectory, workflow reliability, and competitive differentiation.
- Standardize post-launch escalation pathways and mitigation strategies across markets.
- Partner with regional leadership to ensure launch execution supports sustained commercial performance.
- Establish post-launch evaluation cadence to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide structured leadership updates on launch readiness, execution quality, and commercialization performance.
- Build model, capabilities, and team to support global strategic expansion initiatives, early launch experiences and on-going success.
- Institutionalize repeatable launch templates applicable across Bronchoscopy, Urology, and Digital Solution initiatives.
- Capture field insights and integrate learnings into global playbooks and training standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline required, MBA preferred.
- 10 - 12 years progressive experience in MedTech or healthcare technology.
- People / team leadership experience required.
- Demonstrated success in capital equipment commercialization and global product launches.
- Proven success translating technical innovation into scalable commercial execution frameworks.
- Experience leading high-stakes field execution and resolving complex clinical and technical escalations.
- Strong background influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Marketing, Clinical, Operations).
- Experience developing launch playbooks, technical sales narratives, and competitive differentiation strategies.
