Job Description
Product Specialist at Revvity serves as key liaison for scientific and marketing teams. Responsible for product implementation and analyzing market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Develop and deliver product presentations to clients.
- Coordinate new product introductions and track progress.
- Oversee product implementation processes.
- Configure and maintain test codes within internal management systems.
- Draft clear notifications to clients regarding product updates.
- Maintain and update critical documentation including TRFs, ICFs, and marketing materials.
- Create and deliver training materials for internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in molecular biology, Genomics, or related life-science field required.
- 3+ years of experience in genomics, NGS, or related omics technologies.
- Previous experience in product management or technical support within the genomics industry.
- Experience with customer-facing roles and technical presentations preferred.
