Job Description

Associate Professional Project Management role with Gainwell focusing on healthcare projects and business analysis. Aiming for PMP certification while supporting project execution and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of small to medium-sized projects
  • Translate meetings into clear, actionable decisions
  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets

Requirements:

  • Background in business, IT, engineering, or related field
  • Foundational exposure to Business Analysis and/or Project Management practices
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Disciplined in tracking action items and managing follow-ups
  • Exposure to project management methodologies, tools, and budgeting
