Job Description

Project Manager leading cross-functional projects at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service while contributing to healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives that help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
  • Manage cross-functional projects while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Contribute to meaningful scientific advances and healthcare solutions
  • Maintain project timelines and identify risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required in project management or coordination
  • Preferred Fields of Study: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
  • Additional certifications in Project Management are valued but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities
  • Experience with quality systems and GMP compliance preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English required; additional languages may be needed based on location
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project timelines
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations and standards
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or scientific industries preferred
