Job Description
Senior Project Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics overseeing clinical laboratory implementations. Leading multi-discipline installation projects, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire implementation lifecycle of mid to large-scale multi-discipline installations within Clinical Laboratory settings.
- Develop and execute instrumentation project plans, ensuring customer readiness and adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including laboratory directors, engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of laboratory infrastructure, and readiness requirements to recommend appropriate instrumentation, data management, and automation system solutions timeline
- Oversee the procurement and installation of equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree with 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven track record in managing projects, and be able to provide examples and project artifacts, i.e., Communication Plans, Project Plans, Risk Plans, etc.
- Advanced understanding of the Diagnostics or Healthcare Industry with a heavy emphasis on the Laboratory Regulatory environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project Management software such as Smartsheet
- Experience reading and interpreting floor plans and design drawings
- Ability to travel Monday-Friday, 80% nationally
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
