Job Description

Associate Provider Development Manager supporting ServiceChannel’s facility-management provider network in Mexico. Managing provider relationships, KPIs, marketplace programs, and network-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Provider Development Managers in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key service providers and business partners.
  • Assist with provider engagement activities and established processes supporting service quality, provider participation, and network growth.
  • Support collection, organization, and review of provider KPIs and performance information, escalating trends or concerns.
  • Build knowledge of ServiceChannel Marketplace programs and provider network processes.
  • Participate in provider conversations and meetings to understand provider needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider profiles in ServiceChannel.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and bring recommendations to the team.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and communicate observations to the Provider Development team.
  • Support value proposition development, provider communications, marketing initiatives, and growth-related activities.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and support new guidelines, processes, or programs.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting projects related to provider performance, network growth, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support client-facing teams by gathering provider information, researching network needs, and addressing provider-related questions.
  • Learn and apply ServiceChannel processes, tools, and best practices while taking on additional responsibilities.
  • Escalate complex provider, client, or operational issues and assist with resolution as directed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management, procurement, account management, operations or a related field preferred.
  • Interest in developing relationships with service providers and learning the Facility Management industry.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn from team members and collaborate across functions.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete assigned tasks and maintain information.
  • Ability to learn new processes, systems, and software applications quickly.
  • Comfortable asking questions, seeking guidance, and incorporating feedback.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to providing a strong experience for ServiceChannel providers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek direction or escalate an issue.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and willingness to develop analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong attendance, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply Provider Development processes and best practices.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently execute established processes and assigned responsibilities.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities, ask thoughtful questions, and bring recommendations forward.
  • Ability to analyze information and communicate relevant insights to the team.
  • Demonstrated increasing confidence and independence in provider interactions.
  • Ability to take on progressively more complex projects and responsibilities.
  • Ability to build the skills and business knowledge necessary for advancement within Provider Development.
